THESE SHIPPING TERMS APPLY EXCLUSIVELY TO ORDERS FROM THE NETHERLANDS AND GERMANY.
Welcome to our online shop! Here at COZEY MAISON, we are committed to providing you with a smooth shopping experience, including clear and transparent shipping policies. Please take a moment to read our shipping policies.
When you place an order, you will receive updates on the status and shipping details as well as the tracking number (by email) once the order has been shipped.
About the delivery zone:
Currently, our delivery services are only available for locations in the NETHERLANDS, Italy, France, and GERMANY.
Processing time:
The processing time starts from the date of the order. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Once orders have been processed, they will be shipped. We do our best to ship your order quickly. The order deadline is 2:00 PM (GMT+01:00) Central European Standard Time (Amsterdam).
Delivery time:
Standard delivery: We usually deliver orders within 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday)* (in the regular season). If you have not received tracking information within 6 business days, please contact us by email at info@cozeymaison.com so we can assist you.
Delivery costs:
All orders are delivered free of charge.
Our carriers:
We use FedEx, USP, and DHL for deliveries.
Tracking your order:
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. If you do not receive this email, please contact our customer service. You can also track your order by sending us an email at info@cozeymaison.com
Delivery failure:
If delivery fails for reasons attributable to the customer (e.g., providing an incorrect delivery address or unavailability to accept the package), or if the customer refuses acceptance, the package will be returned to the sender (COZEY MAISON) at the customer’s expense. These costs include all incurred shipping costs, which will be deducted from the total refundable amount of the order.
Change of delivery address:
Once your order is en route, we can no longer change the delivery address. If you wish to change the delivery location, please contact us within one day after placing your order at info@cozeymaison.com.
After receiving your order:
Carefully check the package and its contents upon receipt for integrity and completeness before signing for delivery. If you notice any damage or discrepancies, please refuse acceptance of the goods or sign as “damaged” and contact us immediately.
Order cancellation:
We regret that you wish to cancel your order! If your order has not yet been shipped, you will receive a full refund upon cancellation.
If your order has already been shipped, you must request a refund once you have received the order. For more information, please see our return and refund policies.
Gift wrapping:
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer a gift wrapping service.
Holidays:
Please note that we do not deliver on holidays. Your package will be delivered on the next business day.
Taxes:
cozeymaison.com does not charge you any additional taxes.
Delivery time exceeded:
If the delivery time has exceeded the expected time, please contact us so we can investigate the case.
