Shipping policy
Shipping terms apply exclusively to orders from the Netherlands, Germany, and other countries in Europe.
Shipping from a third country:
Goods are shipped directly from [Herkunftsland, z.B. China] and may be subject to import duties and VAT that must be paid by the customer.
Processing time:
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. After processing, they are shipped. We strive to dispatch your order promptly.
Delivery time:
We usually deliver orders within 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday). If you have not received tracking information within 6 business days, please contact us by email at info@cozeymaison.com so we can assist you.
Shipping costs:
All orders are delivered free of charge.
Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website.
Responsibility for import VAT and customs fees:
The customer is responsible for all import duties, VAT, and customs fees incurred when delivering goods from a third country.
Delivery failed:
If delivery fails due to reasons attributable to the customer (e.g., incorrect address or customer unreachable), the package will be returned to COZEY MAISON at the customer's expense.
Address change upon delivery:
Once your order is on its way, we can no longer change the delivery address.
Taxes:
Cozey Maison does not charge any additional taxes.
Delivery time exceeded:
If the delivery time has been exceeded, please contact us so we can investigate the matter.
