Return and Refund Policy
We have created this policy to ensure that you fully understand our refund and return methods and procedures.
14-DAY RETURN RIGHT:
If you wish to return an item for a refund, please notify us within 14 days of delivery by email at info@cozeymaison.com. If the product is defective, please send us a photo of the damaged item. We will send you a new item at no extra cost. If you no longer need the item, we will refund the full order amount to the card you used. If you ordered the wrong product and want to exchange it, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Return and Refund Conditions:
- Shipping: Use a reliable shipping service with tracking.
- Return Address: Once you have requested a refund, we will send you our return address in Asia.
- Responsibility for Import VAT on Returns: "For returns, the customer is responsible for paying any import VAT and customs fees. Cozey Maison is not responsible for these costs on returns."
- The product must not have been used. Once we have received the product, we will refund the order amount to the card you used.
Return Procedure:
To initiate a return, contact us at info@cozeymaison.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the item back. Please send your package. Returns without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged and Wrong Products or Issues:
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can assess and resolve the issue.
Exchange:
We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong, the wrong size, or defective. If you want to exchange an item, please contact us at info@cozeymaison.com.
Additional Costs:
We do not charge restocking fees for returns.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
Refund Timeframe:
It takes 5–7 working days for the customer to receive their refund. We refund the money to the customer's card once we have received the goods.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
