Return and Refund Policy

We have developed this policy to ensure you fully understand our refund and return methods and procedures. 

14-DAY RETURN POLICY:
If you wish to return an item for a refund, please notify us within 14 days of delivery by email at info@cozeymaison.com. If the product is defective, please send us a photo of the damaged item. We will send you a replacement at no extra cost. If you no longer need the item, we will refund the full order amount to the card you used. If you ordered the wrong product and want to exchange it, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Return and Refund Conditions:

  • Shipping: Use a reliable shipping service with tracking. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect, in which case we cover the costs.
  • Return Address: Once you have requested a refund, we will provide you with our return address in China.
  • Responsibility for import VAT on returns: "For returns, the customer is responsible for paying any import VAT and customs fees. Cozey Maison is not responsible for these costs on returns."
  • The product must not have been used. Once we receive the product, we will refund the order amount to the card you used.

Return procedure:
To initiate a return, contact us at info@cozeymaison.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the item back. Please send your package. Returns without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged and incorrect products or issues:
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Exchange:
We only exchange products that are damaged, incorrect, the wrong size, or defective. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at info@cozeymaison.com.

Additional costs:
We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt of the returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or declined.

Refund period:
It takes 5–7 business days for the customer to receive their refund. We refund the money to the customer's card once we have received the goods.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially processed.
