Return and refund policy

We have developed this policy to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and returns methods and procedures. This policy applies to the country (THE NETHERLANDS & GERMANY).

 

14-DAY RIGHT OF RETURN:

If you wish to return an item for a refund of the purchase price, please inform us within 14 days of delivery by e-mail to info@cozeymaison.com with. If you have found a defective product, please send us a photo of the damaged product. We will send you a new item at no additional cost. If you no longer need the item, we will refund the full order amount to the card you used to make the purchase. If you have ordered the wrong product and wish to exchange it, you will be responsible for the return postage costs.

Once you have requested a refund, we will send you our return address in China.

The product must not have been used. As soon as we have received the product, we will refund the order amount to the card you used for the purchase.

RETURN PROCEDURE:
To arrange a return, contact us at info@cozeymaison.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send it. Send your parcel. Returns sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

DAMAGED AND INCORRECT PRODUCTS OR PROBLEMS:
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty or damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can assess and resolve the problem. To return your product, please contact us by email.
Depending on where you live, it may take a different amount of time for the exchanged product to arrive.

EXCHANGE:
We will only exchange products that are damaged, incorrect, the wrong size or faulty. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at info@cozeymaison.com.

ADDITIONAL COSTS:
We do not charge restocking fees for returns.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you of the receipt of your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Refund period:

It takes 5-7 working days for the customer to receive their refund. We will refund the money to the customer's card as soon as we have received the goods.

Please note that we will refund the money to the customer's card immediately after receipt of the goods. However, it usually takes 5 to 7 working days for the bank to process the refund and post it to the customer's credit card account.

Delayed or cancelled refunds (if applicable):
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially recognised.
Then contact your bank. There is often a certain processing time before a refund is posted.
If you have done all of this and have not yet received your refund, please let us know by emailing info@cozeymaison.com.
