• Can I also pick up my order or have it picked up?
  
• Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick up orders. Due to our automated ordering process, we can ship orders very quickly. For this reason, it is not possible to pick up your order.

• How can I return my order?
• To return your product, we recommend visiting our returns page. There you have access to our returns portal, where you can easily find out how to send your products back.

• How long is the warranty period for my order?
  
• We grant a 3-year warranty on our entire product range. The warranty conditions can be found with each product. If you have questions about the warranty, please send an email to info@cozeymaison.com. Our staff will be happy to assist you.
